Dylan Group (Dylan Play/Dylan Timber) and COVID-19
With the current ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic we, at Dylan Group (Dylan Play) wanted everyone to know that our thoughts are with everyone who’s been affected by this global outbreak of the virus. We would also like to reassure you that our company is doing everything physically possible to adhere to the UK Government’s advice and recommendations, along with monitoring the situation extremely closely as this can be updated and change on a daily basis. Our top priority is the Health and Safety of all our staff (whether they be in our office or workshops), our suppliers and customers.
With all this guidance in mind, Dylan Group (Dylan Play) have taken the following action:
Office Staff –
From Tuesday 24th March, all our office staff have been working from home.
Computers: Everyone has their office PC/Laptop and have full access to the Dylan Group (Dylan Play/Dylan Timber) Office Network.

During this period of working from home, our office staff are still able to offer:
- • Remote consultation and Project updates
- • Management of new and current orders
- • General enquiries and advice
Manufacturing –
Dylan Play currently have a skeleton staff manufacturing Play Equipment for current projects. As Health and Safety is paramount, they all have the necessary PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and are strictly following the latest government guidance on social distancing and workplace hygiene practices.
As of present we have not experienced any major lead time delays of our manufacturing materials however, in the event, we will communicate directly to individual customers with revised lead times when applicable. Similarly, we have not experienced any material issues in our supply chain, we are in constant contact with them so are keeping fully abreast of the situation.
Our Customers –
Dylan Group (Dylan Play/Dylan Timber) are not meeting any clients on a face to face basis until further notice hence, any meetings will take place via video conferencing (e.g. Skype/Whatsapp technologies) or using our telephony conference system/mobiles.

In Summary –
We are doing everything possible to ensure the safety of not only our dedicated staff but also our customers and minimise any disruption during these challenging times. Dylan Group have the appropriate measures in place and facilities available, thus minimising the impact to our clients.
We completely recognise the severity and importance of everyone doing their part in dealing with this global pandemic and wish to join with everyone in fighting the virus by responding in the appropriate way
